Rooms felt a bit cramped for our group,, a longer trek to town can be inconvenient after a day on the slopes.

Just spent a long weekend at Des Lacs for skiing, and it was great! Clean, spacious family room with a nice layout for kids. Breakfast hit the spot, though the walk to town can be a trek. Perfect base for exploring Chamonix!

Simply nothing too much trouble, brilliant stay. An ideal property, clean, very pretty and magnificent location in the nature. Active staff, functional, brand-new room with good beds as well as a view of the mountains.

The food was good and the staff was very friendly. The quadruple room suited us: it had central heating, a work desk and a multi-channel television...

The hotel is a bit of a trek from the main town center, which can be a hassle after a long day skiing. There were no hair dryers in the rooms, and only one accessible socket made charging devices tricky. The TV was small, and the shower curtain had a musty smell, which could definitely use an upgrade. Breakfast wasn't worth the extra charge, and a kettle in the room would have been a nice touch for late-night warm drinks.

Absolutely loved the fine views from the room! So cozy and cute, such a nice experience.

No hair dryer or mirror in the room, I mean, really? The wifi barely worked, just embarrassing for a modern hotel. If I had recived even a simple complimentary gesture, I might have been convinced to give a better review, but alas, I just couldn't!

The location is good, being a couple of kilometers outside the center, with easy access to trails for various outdoor activities. Staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay.

While the hotel is close to a ski bus stop, its somewhat remote location means you have to walk a bit farther to reach nearby restaurants or shops, which can be inconvenient.

We stayed with our four kids, and it was fantastic! The family room layout was perfect, offering ample space for us. The ski locker made our post-ski return from the Brevent-Flegere Ski Area seamless. Plus, it's just a short distance from the ski bus stop.

In my wife's opinion, more bathroom storage for kids' toiletries would be a plus.

The twin room was decent, clean, and had a nice layout for us. The windows offered fine views of Mont Blanc, made up for the slightly uncomfortable beds. It felt a bit dated and cramped, but the cozy feel was still nice. The breakfast we paid for wasn't great value though. It was good.

will definitely go again next time

The room was large, clean, and super warm. Enjoyed the private bathroom, shower, and heating. TV was handy. The wardrobe was spacious. Breakfast was decent. Plus, they have awesome spa facilities for relaxation after skiing. Staff was helpful and attentive throughout our stay. A solid choice!
